Q. What is www.packingo.in’s returns policy?
A. Your satisfaction is our Top Priority. What You See is What You Get. We only accept returns within 7 days if the package is delivered in damaged condition or the product is dead on arrival.
Q. Can I return a part of my order?
A. No, all sales are final so you cannot return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order.
Q. How do I return a product for a refund or exchange?
A. Please send us pictures of the damaged packaging or the product not working at packingopackaging@gmail.com to notify us that you want to return the product. After that you will need to courier the product along with the box and certificate (if any) back to us. We will email you our address. After receiving back the product, we will issue you a full refund or we will exchange the product as per your wish. Please note that all return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer.
Q. How will I receive my Refund?
A. If the payment was made online, we will reverse credit to the credit / debit card or your net banking account. If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we will deposit the money in your bank account.
